  • We would be happy to review your profile. To do so, please send your media kit to info@cocooninglove.pro. If you are selected, we will contact you within the next 7 days.

  • A media kit is a presentation of your work as an influencer. It includes your content type, statistics, and the potential reach of a collaboration with you.

  • We do not refund or exchange products. In the interest of satisfaction, we produce quality cosmetics to offer you the best for your skin. However, since each person is different (allergies/intolerances), we cannot guarantee against possible reactions. We advise you to check the ingredients before purchase and to test the product on the crook of your elbow before use.

    In case of product malfunction, you can write to us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • At the bottom of the back label, you will find a small open jar symbol displaying the letter (M). The number in front of this letter indicates the number of months the product can be kept once opened.

  • There is no exact amount! We recommend approximately one part water to two parts powder. The important thing is to add water little by little until you achieve a texture that satisfies you.

  • We cannot guarantee that everyone will like the scent of our products. You have to try them to find out!

  • We pack all your orders with care and love. This process takes between 1 to 5 business days before your package is in the hands of the carrier.
