Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Cocooning Love website (cocooninglove.pro), placing an order, or subscribing to any of our marketing communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & orders

All our products are manufactured in our Montréal laboratory and are intended for external and personal use only. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
We disclaim all responsibility for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to check the ingredient list.
Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have known skin sensitivities.

SMS marketing

CASL / TCPA This section governs our SMS text message marketing program.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Cocooning Love, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including promotional offers, order updates, and alerts) at the phone number you provided.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan.
To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further SMS will be sent.

We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Email & Facebook advertising

By subscribing to our mailing list or interacting with our Facebook/Instagram pages and advertisements, you consent to receive marketing communications from Cocooning Love. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) as well as Meta's advertising policies.

Governing law
